Say hello to our MSGBR Sanctuary Dogs. These dogs will live out their days here at Saving Grace Acres. Monthly donations and proceeds also help in the care of our sanctuary dogs and help offset the costs of associated with their care (bedding, tarps, heaters, fans, etc.)

Diesel (Deedle), Storma Jean (Green Bean) and Boomer (Boom Sauce)

Storma Jean – AKA Storma Jean Green Bean

There is so much to say about this special girl. Storma is the Ambassador dog to MSGBR, a Love Shack survivor, and a true warrior. Her face tells the story of abuse and neglect, but these days she gets auctioned off for lunch dates and kisses to raise awareness and she is loving every bit of it. Storma is a perfect dog outside of her kennel, but within her kennel, she shares nothing and guards everything. For this reason, she is a sanctuary dog at Saving Grace Acres. She loves everyone, including kids, and cherishes her balls and anything that squeaks. Today, Storma Jean Green Bean socializes and shows everyone just how a dog can go from a dog so many were fearful of, to a dog who is the most loving and derpiest girl ever. To know Storma is to love her!

Boomer – AKA Boom Sauce

Boomer is an 85 pound beefcake who came from Morgan County Animal Control. He has been living at Saving Grace Acres since 2020. Boomer is a long project dog with a bite history and he is not a great house or family dog. This dude doesn’t like to share his toys and he thinks they are all his. Despite his quirks, this sweet guy is special and he loves Brad and Jess. He is happy. He is safe. He enjoys road trips, walks, and hiking. And he loves food, even though he has to be on a special diet due to sensitive skin. Boomer is living proof that often a dog will lose out before they get the chance they deserve when let down by so many others before us.

Diesel – AKA Deedle

Anyone who visits Saving Grace Acres will first see this handsome guy in his fenced in area when you pull in. Oh he’s cute, and full of personality, but don’t ever pet him. He’s chased off many mailmen and he’s ok with it LOL. Diesel is also a Morgan County Animal Control boy who was abused, has serious trust issues, and would decompress to be a dog who only likes Brad and Jess. He runs the big yard out front and keeps the grounds safe from alllllll the intruders. Diesel loves his wet food treats, his squeaky toys, and loves to chase his ball toys. This boy is loyal as heck and waits every day for Brad and Jess to return home. He is most certainly not good with anyone else outside of his two people, so for this reason, Deedle will hang out for the rest of his days at Saving Grace Acres where he can be kept safe. This ham may have been let down by others in the past, but he is safe now. Keep protecting those grounds from the big baddies Diesel!
